This poem was inspired by the Hymm I Vow To Thee My Country which is often set to the Jupiter Theme from Gustav Holst's Planets Suite.

I vow to thee my love that you and I shall never part
Together, whole and perfect, a testament of love
The love that asks no question, the love that stands the test
That sings to both of our hearts and holds each other dear
The love that never falters, the love that shines so bright
The love that makes undaunted that final sacrifice
That gives to me a meaning that makes my life worthwhile.
That breaks down the high walls surrounding my poor heart
I vow to thee my love that you and I shall never part
Together, whole and perfect, a testament of love

And there’s been no other who’s held my heart so tight
You are the one I treasure above all else in life
The sparkle in your eyes, the softness of your skin
The fortress of your faithful heart shields me from those who’d hurt
Entire and whole and perfect the beauty of your soul
Shines forth from your gentle eyes, your tenderness revealed.
And there’s been no other who’s held my heart so tight
Who's gently touched my soul and rocked me to my very core
I vow to thee my love that you and I shall never part
Together, whole and perfect, a testament of love
